It depends on the energy you want. The Digital Photo Booth keeps participation easy and sharing instant, the 360 Video Booth suits parties with music and movement, and the Glam Photo Booth is a strong fit for milestone birthdays where polished portraits and prints matter.
Which experience is best for a graduation party?
Graduation parties often mix generations, so Digital works well for easy guest participation, Roaming Photography captures the family moments happening around the room, and Glam delivers portraits worth keeping.
Can you customize the photo design for my event?
Yes. Custom photo templates and design elements can be created around your names, dates, colors, hashtag or theme, depending on the selected experience and package.
Are prints available?
Yes. Prints are included with our Glam Photo Booth and may be available with other eligible experiences depending on the selected package.
How much space do I need?
Space requirements vary by experience, backdrop and equipment. We confirm the appropriate footprint with you or your venue before the event.
Does my package include an attendant?
Experiences that include an attendant or photographer are staffed by our team for the scheduled service period, so you don't have to manage the booth during your own party.
Can I add custom props?
Yes. Custom props — including personalized props built around names, phrases or your theme — are available as an add-on. Availability varies by experience and package.
Can I add more time to my booking?
Yes. Additional hours can be added to your booking. Let us know when you inquire, or we can discuss it while finalizing your event details.
Do you provide General Liability Insurance?
Yes. CrafTea Details carries General Liability Insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when your venue requires one.
How far in advance should I book?
Dates are booked on a first-come basis and popular weekends fill early. As soon as you have a date, send it over and we'll confirm availability.
Can I book more than one photo experience?
Yes. Larger celebrations often pair experiences — for example Roaming Photography throughout the party with a booth in a dedicated area. Tell us what you're planning and we'll confirm availability.
