REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date.

An event date is reserved only after the applicable booking requirements are completed, including the required deposit or payment and agreement where applicable.

Booking deposits are used to reserve the event date and begin the planning and preparation process.

Where the applicable signed service agreement identifies a booking deposit as non-refundable, that term applies to the booking.

Cancellation terms, including any amounts due or eligible for refund, are governed by the client's signed service agreement and the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

Clients should contact CrafTea Details as soon as possible if an event must be canceled.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Amounts associated with custom work already completed, purchased, ordered or committed for an event may be subject to the applicable service agreement and may not be recoverable once incurred.

If CrafTea Details is unable to provide the contracted service, the applicable signed service agreement will govern available remedies, refunds, substitutions or other arrangements.

Where a refund is authorized, processing time may depend on the applicable payment provider and financial institution.

This website policy provides general information. The cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms contained in the client's signed service agreement control for that individual booking.
