CrafTea Details provides event experiences that may include:

• Digital Photo Booth
• Glam Photo Booth
• 360 Video Booth
• Roaming Photography
• AI Photo Booth
• related enhancements and add-ons

Availability, features, pricing and deliverables may vary based on the selected experience, event requirements and signed agreement.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date.

A date is reserved only after the booking requirements identified in the applicable proposal or service agreement have been completed, including the required deposit or payment where applicable.

Website prices described as "starting at" represent starting prices and are not guaranteed quotes for every event.

Final pricing may depend on factors including:

• selected experience
• duration
• event location
• customization
• add-ons
• staffing
• travel requirements
• event-specific requirements

The applicable proposal or invoice establishes the final price for a booking.

Required payment amounts and due dates are established in the client's proposal, invoice and/or signed service agreement.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms of the applicable booking documents and before the event as required by the agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and timely communication regarding material changes to:

• event date
• time
• location
• venue requirements
• access
• setup conditions
• other information necessary to provide the booked service

Venue restrictions or requirements should be communicated to CrafTea Details in advance.

Where custom templates, overlays, AI concepts, branded experiences or other custom creative materials are included, clients may be asked to provide information, inspiration, branding or approvals by specified deadlines.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the ability to complete custom work as originally planned.

Photo, video and AI results may vary based on lighting, guest participation, movement, event conditions, technology and the creative nature of the experience.

AI-generated transformations are creative interpretations and may not reproduce every physical feature, garment, accessory or background detail exactly.

Event technology may depend on equipment, software, internet connectivity and third-party systems, including event technology providers such as LumaBooth/Lumasoft where applicable.

CrafTea Details will use reasonable efforts to provide the booked experience, but specific digital functions such as immediate sharing may be affected by venue connectivity, carrier availability or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where an online gallery is included, galleries are generally available for 90 days unless another period is stated in the applicable agreement or event communication.

Clients are responsible for downloading desired media during the availability period.

CrafTea Details may require a reasonably safe and suitable setup or operating area for equipment and staff.

CrafTea Details may pause or modify operation when conditions create a material safety risk to guests, staff or equipment.

CrafTea Details maintains general liability insurance, with proof of coverage available for venues upon request.

CrafTea Details retains rights in its business name, branding, website content, original templates, creative concepts and other materials except where rights belong to clients, licensors or third parties.

Clients retain rights they otherwise possess in materials they provide to CrafTea Details.

The website and event experiences may rely on third-party technology and service providers, including LumaBooth/Lumasoft where applicable.

Third-party platforms and providers operate according to their own terms, privacy practices and service arrangements.

CrafTea Details is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms or services beyond the extent required by applicable law or the applicable service agreement.

CrafTea Details services are subject to the specific limitations, remedies and responsibilities contained in the applicable signed service agreement and applicable law.

These website Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
